La boussole pro vous propose un bilan de compétences de 18 heures, réparties sur environ 10 semaines, pensé pour vous, où que vous soyez dans le monde.
Le but:
- Identifier vos compétences clés, vos valeurs et vos motivations profondes;
- Définir un projet professionnel réaliste et aligné avec votre personnalité et votre parcours, malgré les mobilités et les interruptions professionnelles.

Remise d'une synthèse complète conforme aux exigences du Code du travail (articles L.6313-10 à L.6313-12) avec plan d’action en fin de parcours
+ Un rendez-vous de suivi à 4 à 6 mois pour ajuster et garder le cap.
