My name is Sandra SUCHET DA SILVA and I am a Training and Skills Development Consultant.

With over 10 years of experience in human resources (including Amazon), I help individuals and organizations clarify skills, reveal talents and build coherent and sustainable career paths.

Specializing in the enhancement of military careers , I support transitions to civilian life through structured, tailored and results-oriented skills assessments.

I also work with companies on their HR and training challenges: training engineering, skills development, career path structuring, talent management, integration and support for mobility.

In parallel, I teach as an HR Trainer (Bac+2 to Bac+5) on workforce planning, social law and HR development practices.

Based in Doha, I conduct video conferences worldwide.
